S.Kuhlman at 989 3rd avenue has finely tailored men’s shirts and accessories, I highly recommend the place after having personally bought 5 shirts waell tailored and can be dressed up or dress downed, the place makes buying easy and pleasurable. The boutique is easy on the eyes and when you get one of the shirts on you will understand good quality and great styles at reasonable prices.

For a fine culinary experience please go to Fusha located on the corner of 58th street and 1st avenue, this is nice place tuck away on the border of Midtown that also offers great drinks, ask for the special Peach Martini well worth the visit.

Fine Italian dining at this beautiful restaurant in the Sutton Place Hotel, warm and elegant they offer great food in a nice quiet location very rustic Tuscan food, please try the Veal and spinach ravioli, not inexpensive but a great place to whisk a special date to.

Execellent bakery located on 55th street between 1st and 2nd avenues in midtown, the bakery boasts the best hot chocolate in Manhattan, and they are right. For special occasions they will cater your event, but even if you are not catering go in for one of their luscious desserts. Also great Cahallah bread baked once a week tastes great with butter!

Blackstone’s

Blackstones is a nice Irish pub located on 55th street between 2nd and 3rd avenues. Enjoy a drink watch the game or shoot some pool and enjoy some great pub food at reasonable prices. Try the sheppard’s pie well worth the wait!

For fine Turkish food, please go to Dardanel located on 1st avenue between 58th and 59th this romantically lit restaurant offers excellent dishes as you sit and feel the Mediterranean at your feet. Come on Saturday at 9:00 PM and be treated to some incredible belly dancing.

Great little Italian eatery/bar on Northeast corner of 53rd street and 2nd avenue, great dishes the are inspired from Tuscany including the braised Lamb which is exceptional. Great bar to meet people and the music adds to the ambiance of the place.

Red Thai is one the best Thai restaurants in Manhattan. It is a place I frequent at least once a week, small but modern and sleek it is nice little place to eat. I personally recommend the spicy basil with chicken or shrimp perfectly cooked with the right amount of spice!
